Even if your plans shift within 24 hours, you’ll still receive a 50% refund. For any reservation time or date changes, we kindly request a 24-hour notice to avoid a $50 charge. How do I recover lost property?

Losing personal belongings can be distressing. To initiate the process of recovering lost property, you have two options. You can directly contact your driver or reach out to us through our website. If our chauffeur identifies any items left behind, they will make immediate contact with you. Rest assured, we are here to assist in ensuring the safe return of your belongings and your peace of mind.

How do I book a child seat or baby seat?

We’re delighted to assist with baby or child seat reservations! When making your booking, please share the child’s age, and we’ll ensure a comfortable and safe experience. To cover the cost of this service, a nominal fee of $20 applies. Your child’s safety and comfort are important to us, and we’re here to make your journey as pleasant as possible.

How do you accommodate travelers with special needs?

We’re here to make sure everyone has a great time, including individuals with special needs. When you’re booking, just let us know what you need, and we’ll have a friendly chat about how we can make your experience awesome.

Do I need to tip the chauffeur?

Tipping is a courteous gesture to acknowledge excellent service. It greatly contributes to our chauffeurs’ commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring your complete satisfaction. While we offer a suggested range of 15-20% as a reference, the final decision is entirely at your discretion.

Can my driver make a stop?

Your driver can accommodate stops during your journey. To ensure the best experience, please notify us in advance. Do keep in mind that there may be additional charges due to wait times. We want you to make the most of your vacation time, and we’re here to assist you professionally and ensure your trip is as enjoyable as possible.

When do I get charged for my ride?

If you opt for an advance reservation, your payment will be processed at the time of booking. Alternatively, if you request a taxi for immediate pickup, the charge will be applied upon completion of the service. Please be aware that, in certain instances, prepayment may be necessary for long-distance journeys.

What if I'm traveling with an animal?

When you intend to travel with a pet, kindly notify us when making your booking. It’s important to note that bringing animals along might result in additional charges. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to accommodating both you and your furry companion effectively.
