Luz is all aces!!! I live in PR but fly frequently to the US for business and visit family. I found Luz online about a year ago and ever since then she has been my regular driver. She’s been available 24 hours a day whether I needed a 4 AM pick up at home or at 2 AM pick up at the airport she has always been available she is both courteous and a great conversationalist in both Spanish and English. I’ve used her well over a dozen times over the past year and she has truly become a friend. Can’t recommend her enough.

I was recommended Luz by a friend and our experience was above and beyond. Luz did not hesitate to help with bags even though we overpacked them. She arrived exactly at the time agreed to and took us to the airport without any delays. Highly recommend due to her punctuality and professionalism.

This is an amazing company I am very grateful for their service, very reliable, they made the process very easy and convenient, our driver (Luz) was very polite and waited until we were able to open our key box which too a while. But she insisted on not leaving us until she made sure our door opened, I will definitely hire them again highly recommend it!!

Luz is AMAZING she is always on time and her communication is too notch! We seek her out every time we come to Puerto Rico because she is so amazing. The car is always clean and big and can fit many luggages. Highly recommend you don't be disappointed

Both Luis and Luz are very professional. They will always be at the pickup point on time. The vehicles are also clean. They are also very responsive: I was able to book their service around 10:30pm. Would definitely recommend to a large group for long distance trip.

Puerto Rico Taxi and Tours and especially our driver Elizabeth made our recent trip to Puerto Rico so easy and enjoyable. We attended a family wedding which included several beautiful events. We were cheerfully picked up for all the events as well as the trips to and from the airport by Elizabeth. She was very professional and informative and always on time. She felt like part of the family. As far as making the arrangements and the scheduling, it couldn’t have been easier. Luz was so helpful and accommodating. We are so grateful for all the help they provided and would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

Had a very important appointment & Elizabeth picked me up on time took me to the Appt & also came back to bring me back home. Was very impressed by her services she was prompt, professional but at the same time friendly.I especially loved the fact that her vehicle (Taxi) is spotless and she took Covid precautions always wearing a mask and making sure everything was disinfected. Was great. Met us at airport and took us to our hotel. Next morning was there to take us to cruise terminal and met us when we returned a week later. Gave us a tour around San Juan before taking us to the airport. Would highly recommend this service when going to San Juan.

I used the taxi service to go to the Choliseo to see Daddy Yankee and Luz made the trip very friendly, as she is a kind, sweet, pleasant, respectful person who is punctual and experienced and maintains conversation in a pleasant and fun way. I recommend it, it is excellent.
